Általános Szerződési Feltételek (ÁSZF)

Jelen Általános Szerződési Feltételek (a továbbiakban: „ÁSZF”) szabályozzák a Trainerz mobilalkalmazás (a továbbiakban: „Alkalmazás”) használatának feltételeit.

Az alkalmazás használatával a felhasználó elfogadja jelen feltételeket.

1. A szolgáltató adatai

2. A szolgáltatás leírása

Az alkalmazás egy digitális platform, amely:

• lehetővé teszi személyi edzők regisztrációját

• térképes keresőben jeleníti meg az edzőket

• lehetővé teszi az edzők keresését

• automatikus időpontfoglalást biztosít

• integrációt biztosít a Google Naptárral

• affiliate partner ajánlatokat jelenít meg

• előfizetéses szolgáltatásokat kínál

A Szolgáltató kizárólag közvetítő platformként működik.

A személyi edző szolgáltatásokat nem a Szolgáltató nyújtja.

3. Felhasználói fiók és regisztráció

Az alkalmazás használatához regisztráció szükséges.

A regisztráció során a következő adatok kerülhetnek megadásra:

• név

• email cím

• telefonszám

Bejelentkezési lehetőségek:

• email alapú regisztráció

• Google fiókkal történő bejelentkezés

A felhasználó köteles valós adatokat megadni.

4. Lokáció használata

Az alkalmazás térképes funkciókat használ.

A lokáció használatának célja:

• közeli edzők megjelenítése

• térképes keresési funkció biztosítása

A lokáció használata kizárólag a felhasználó engedélyével történik.

5. Google fiók és Google Calendar integráció

Az alkalmazás lehetővé teszi:

• Google fiókkal történő bejelentkezést

• Google Naptár integráció használatát

Az integráció célja:

• időpontfoglalások automatikus rögzítése

• foglalások szinkronizálása a naptárral

• időpont ütközések elkerülése

A Google Naptár hozzáférés kizárólag a foglalások kezeléséhez szükséges mértékben történik.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

Az alkalmazás a Google API Services szolgáltatásait használja.

A Google felhasználói adatok kezelése megfelel a következő szabályzatnak:

Az alkalmazás a Google felhasználói adatokat kizárólag az alábbi célokra használja:

• Google fiókkal történő bejelentkezés

• Google Naptár szinkronizáció

• időpontfoglalások kezelése

A Google felhasználói adatok:

• nem kerülnek értékesítésre

• nem kerülnek marketing célú felhasználásra

• nem kerülnek harmadik fél részére átadásra

A Google felhasználói adatok kizárólag az alkalmazás funkcióinak működéséhez kerülnek felhasználásra.

7. Időpontfoglalás

A felhasználók az alkalmazáson keresztül időpontot foglalhatnak személyi edzőkhöz.

A foglalás:

• automatikusan rögzítésre kerül

• szinkronizálódhat a Google Naptárral

Az edző által nyújtott szolgáltatásért az adott edző felel.

A Szolgáltató nem vállal felelősséget a szolgáltatás teljesítéséért.

8. Előfizetéses szolgáltatás

Az alkalmazás egyes funkciói előfizetéshez kötöttek.

Elérhető csomagok:

3990 Ft / hónap
7490 Ft / hónap
9990 Ft / hónap

Az árak forintban értendők.

9. Előfizetés működése

Az előfizetés:

• havi rendszerességű

• automatikusan megújul

• minden hónapban a fizetés napján kerül levonásra

Az előfizetés addig aktív, amíg a felhasználó le nem mondja.

10. Előfizetés lemondása

Az előfizetés bármikor lemondható az alkalmazás beállításain keresztül.

Lemondás esetén:

• az előfizetés a már kifizetett időszak végéig aktív marad

• a következő időszakra nem történik újabb terhelés

A már kifizetett díjak nem visszatéríthetők.

11. Fizetés

Az alkalmazásban történő fizetések a Stripe fizetési rendszerén keresztül történnek.

A Szolgáltató nem tárol bankkártya adatokat.

A fizetések biztonságos módon, a Stripe rendszerén keresztül kerülnek feldolgozásra.

12. Affiliate partner ajánlatok

Az alkalmazás partnercégek ajánlatait és kuponkódjait tartalmazhatja.

Az ajánlatok affiliate marketing rendszerben működnek.

A Szolgáltató nem vállal felelősséget a partnercégek termékeiért vagy szolgáltatásaiért.

13. Tiltott használat

Tilos az alkalmazás használata:

• csalásra

• hamis adatok megadására

• más felhasználók zaklatására

• spam tevékenységre

• a rendszer működésének megzavarására

A szabályok megszegése a felhasználói fiók felfüggesztését eredményezheti.

14. Szellemi tulajdon

Az alkalmazás teljes tartalma a Szolgáltató tulajdonát képezi.

Ide tartozik:

• szoftver

• design

• márkanév

• tartalom

Engedély nélküli felhasználása tilos.

15. Felelősség korlátozása

A Szolgáltató nem felel:

• az edzők által nyújtott szolgáltatásokért

• a felhasználók közötti megállapodásokért

• az edzések során bekövetkező sérülésekért

• harmadik fél szolgáltatásaiért

16. Apple App Store megfelelőség

Az alkalmazás használata során az Apple App Store feltételei is érvényesek.

Az Apple nem felelős:

• az alkalmazás működéséért

• a tartalomért

• a felhasználók közötti interakciókért

Az Apple nem minősül a jelen szerződés szerződő felének.

17. Google Play megfelelőség

Az alkalmazás használata során a Google Play feltételei is alkalmazandók.

A Google nem felel:

• az alkalmazás működéséért

• a szolgáltatásokért

• a felhasználói tartalmakért

18. Szolgáltatás elérhetősége

A Szolgáltató törekszik az alkalmazás folyamatos működésére, azonban nem garantálja annak megszakítás nélküli elérhetőségét.

19. ÁSZF módosítása

A Szolgáltató fenntartja a jogot az ÁSZF módosítására.

A módosításról a felhasználók értesítést kaphatnak az alkalmazáson belül vagy emailben.

20. Irányadó jog

Jelen ÁSZF-re a magyar jog az irányadó.

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) govern the terms of use of the Trainerz mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).

By using the Application, the user accepts these terms.

1. Service Provider Information

2. Description of the Service

The Application is a digital platform that:

• allows personal trainers to register

• displays trainers in a map-based search

• allows users to search for trainers

• provides automatic appointment booking

• provides integration with Google Calendar

• displays affiliate partner offers

• offers subscription-based services

The Service Provider operates exclusively as an intermediary platform.

Personal training services are not provided by the Service Provider.

3. User Account and Registration

Registration is required to use the Application.

During registration the following data may be provided:

• name

• email address

• phone number

Available login options:

• email-based registration

• login with a Google account

Users are required to provide accurate and truthful information.

4. Use of Location

The Application uses map-based features.

The purpose of location usage is:

• to display nearby trainers

• to enable map-based search functionality

Location is used only with the user's permission.

5. Google Account and Google Calendar Integration

The Application allows:

• login using a Google account

• the use of Google Calendar integration

The purpose of the integration is:

• automatic recording of bookings

• synchronization of bookings with the calendar

• avoiding scheduling conflicts

Access to Google Calendar is limited to the extent necessary for managing bookings.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

The Application uses Google API Services.

The handling of Google user data complies with the:

Google user data is used only for the following purposes:

• logging in with a Google account

• Google Calendar synchronization

• managing appointment bookings

Google user data:

• is not sold

• is not used for marketing purposes

• is not shared with third parties

Google user data is used solely for the functionality of the Application.

7. Appointment Booking

Users can book appointments with personal trainers through the Application.

Bookings:

• are automatically recorded

• may be synchronized with Google Calendar

The trainer providing the service is responsible for the training service.

The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for the fulfillment of such services.

8. Subscription Service

Certain features of the Application require a subscription.

Available plans:

• 3990 HUF / month

• 7490 HUF / month

• 9990 HUF / month

Prices are stated in Hungarian Forints (HUF).

9. Subscription Operation

Subscriptions:

• operate on a monthly basis

• renew automatically

• are charged on the same day each month as the initial payment

The subscription remains active until canceled by the user.

10. Subscription Cancellation

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the Application settings.

In case of cancellation:

• the subscription remains active until the end of the already paid period

• no further charges will be made for the next billing cycle

Payments already made are non-refundable.

11. Payment

Payments within the Application are processed through the Stripe payment system.

The Service Provider does not store credit card information.

Payments are processed securely through the Stripe system.

12. Affiliate Partner Offers

The Application may contain offers and coupon codes from partner companies.

These offers operate through an affiliate marketing system.

The Service Provider assumes no responsibility for the products or services of partner companies.

13. Prohibited Use

The Application may not be used for:

• fraud

• providing false information

• harassment of other users

• spam activities

• disrupting the operation of the system

Violation of these rules may result in the suspension of the user account.

14. Intellectual Property

All content of the Application is the property of the Service Provider.

This includes:

• software

• design

• brand name

• content

Unauthorized use is prohibited.

15. Limitation of Liability

The Service Provider is not responsible for:

• services provided by trainers

• agreements between users

• injuries occurring during training sessions

• services provided by third parties

16. Apple App Store Compliance

The use of the Application is also subject to the terms of the Apple App Store.

Apple is not responsible for:

• the operation of the Application

• the content

• interactions between users

Apple is not a party to this agreement.

17. Google Play Compliance

The use of the Application is also subject to the terms of Google Play.

Google is not responsible for:

• the operation of the Application

• the services

• user-generated content

18. Service Availability

The Service Provider strives to ensure continuous operation of the Application but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

19. Modification of the GTC

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC.

Users may be notified about modifications within the Application or via email.

20. Governing Law

These GTC are governed by Hungarian law.
